Refund Policy

You can enjoy free returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of receipt.


1. Items must be unwashed and undamaged, and must have all original tags/package attached.
2. Except for quality issues, clearance products are not subject to the return policy.
3. Free Gifts are not participate in the return policy.
4. Do not send the return to the sender's address on the package, you must use the return address we provide.
5. We do not provide shipping labels on returns/exchanges. The shipping costs are on your side.


You need to submit a return and exchange request to customer service via email at, otherwise you will not be able to enjoy the return and exchange.

  1. Initiate a return: Please email us with photos and/or videos of the item and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  3. Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange.

Note: The tracking number is required once you send items back.


Money back guarantee. The refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the return package, and it might take 3-7 business days for the bank to process the transaction.

1. Your refund will be returned to the original payment method.
2. We do not charge any return handling fees. But the original shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded.
3. We do not charge any taxes. If import duties/customs fees are incurred, customers need to pay them themselves.

When an item is sent to you in error, damaged during shipping, or otherwise defective, you can choose to accept reshipping or we will provide you with the actual return shipping cost.
